Although not officially announced by Embarcadero, yet (unless I've missed something), the 30-day trial editions of Delphi XE2 Architect and RAD Studio XE2 Architect are now available for download.
As soon as these products are announced, you can place orders at for example http://www.bobswart.nl (for BeNeLux customers) or http://www.bobswart.com (for EU customers). All orders from me will include personal e-mail support as well as the Delphi XE Development Essentials courseware manual and the upcoming Delphi XE2 Development Essentials manual once ready (first edition should be available in a few weeks from now).

delfi phan 11/09/01 13:17:14Perhaps you know, Bob: will XE2 be available as a downloadable that can be installed and registered off-line? Because of media tax laws in my country, I have a dialup at home. I would need to download at an internet cafe, take home on a usb stick, install, then register separately by e-mail or something.
Bob Swart 11/09/01 13:19:08Very soon, there should be ISO image downloads available. You can burn this ISO image to a DVD and then only need very little internet connection (not during install - I think - but you do need it during the registration phase where you need to supply your EDN username and password for example).
Bob Swart 11/09/01 13:19:58And I just remember that there is a way to register by e-mail or phone. Perhaps you can find some help at the http://support.embarcadero.com site...
Delfi Phan 11/09/02 13:37:13Thank you!!!
Delphi_confused 12/08/22 14:30:39Hi I need some guidance. I was consistently used Delphi starting from version 1, through 6. As the more and more of my projects went into maintenance cycles I didn't upgrade the platform. So now I am confused about the many flavors that are out there. Most of the applications are Add/update/delete DB front-ends to mailing lists. DB servers I connect with run mySql and iSeries and MS-SQL. I also create web-services and automated email applications. So which version would be best suited for me?
