The 14-day trial edition of Delphi 2009 and C++Buidler 2009 Architect is now available for download from http://cc.codegear.com/free/delphi . Note that you can turn the trial edition into a full non-expiring version of Delphi (or C++Builder) by using the installer, selecting Update and then entering your serial number (this will also install the VCL source code, which is not part of the trial edition of course).

Mohammad 08/09/10 11:25:03Great news, Do you know it's version? thanks.
Bob Swart 08/09/10 11:28:14The version is probably also 12.0.3170.16989 since it is said that you can turn the trial edition into a full non-expiring edition by doing the Upgrade option in the installer, entering your real serial number (instead of the trail serial number). So it should be the same version IMHO.
Bob Swart 08/09/10 11:40:42When using Windows Vista, make sure to install the trial edition as Administrator (or with Administrator rights). And please READ THE INSTALL.HTM before installing, just in case...
Dimitar Antonov 08/09/10 17:02:54I try to install the trial edition, but i receive an error: "Could not access network location \bin" Can anyone help me? My OS is Vista 64 bit, i have Administrator privileges.
ISO installer 08/09/10 17:03:48Is there a location where we can download Delphi 2009 as ISO?
Bob Swart 08/09/10 17:12:06There is no ISO download available, yet.
Tjipke van der Plaats 08/09/11 13:05:00Did you test yourself the upgrade to full version?
Bob Swart 08/09/11 13:54:05Tjipke: No, I didn't test that myself. But it was mentioned by someone from CodeGear that this would work (one of my clients is currently using the trial version, waiting for his Subscription key, so I may know by tomorrow if this really works or not ;-)
James Bond 08/09/11 14:35:31I installed Delphi C++Builder 2009 trial on my notebook. After that, I found some folders like below. c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data{0C3BE91F-5194-44C0-80FF-246E0251D2BD}\ c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data{2A1601C1-08A4-41E8-A2AA-44C40EDBAA2D}\ and so on... These folders take more that 1.7GB of my notebook's disk space. Is there anyway to remove these folders safely?
